Why should you choose Isis Chair Covers?

We are a local and reliable company who are able to offer affordable chair covers for your special event. We are recommended by many of Oxfordshire's beautiful hotels, and are experienced in what we do! You may find a cheaper quote elsewhere, but we offer a reliable and friendly service and peace of mind, knowing you are using an established company!

Why are some quotes much cheaper?

There are many chair cover hire companies around, but you will find many are not local to you.  Some companies offer a very low price, based on the fact that you fit them on yourselves!  Which is perfectly fine if you have the time on your big day! But you may find, that by the time they add on their delivery & collection costs by a national courier- the final quote is probably not much different from our fully fitted service.  Some companies may even suggest that your hotel would be happy to fit them on for you! Contrary to that, many hotels do not like having boxes of chair covers couriered to them, expecting their staff to fit them for you.  But best to do your research and find out for yourself! 

What areas do you cover?

We concentrate on providing a quality service to Oxfordshire and Berkshire, though if you are outside of these regions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Does the price quoted by Isis Chair Covers include fitting?

All prices quoted by us are inclusive of fitting.  We used to provide a self fitting service to our customers, but due to various issues of lost items and late returns for example, we felt it would be better for both the customer and for us, knowing that we fitted and collected ourselves, to avoid any issues after your event.

How do I know if your covers fit the chairs at my hotel?

We have covered most venues in and around Oxfordshire, so we should be able to confirm whether our chair covers will fit the chairs in your chosen venue.  Should we have a new venue that we have not covered before, we will visit the venue first to check the fitting is correct- all free of charge and under no obligation to book! 

Do you require a Damage Deposit?

We currently do not ask for a damage deposit, but should any items go missing or are returned in a bad and irreparable state, the replacement fee per item are stated on our terms and conditions.

Do we need to do anything to the covers after they are used?

No, you don't have to do anything- no washing, counting or folding or waiting for couriers to pick up!  We do it for you from start to finish.

We don't have our final numbers yet, can we confirm these later?

Yes, we do not require your final numbers until 2 weeks before your wedding/event date.  The final balance is dependant on the numbers confirmed.

We haven't decided on a colour theme yet, can we choose the colour later?

Yes, we understand most brides start to plan well in advance, and may not have chosen a colour when they book our covers.  You can confirm the colour you like much nearer the time if you prefer, and if there is a colour that is not in our range, we are more than happy to try and source the right colour match for you.  Just let us know when you have some ideas!

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, a £50 deposit along with a completed booking form is required, which secures your wedding date.  No bookings are confirmed until a booking form and deposit have been received.  We may on occasion provisionally hold dates for you, but please remember this is not a guaranteed booking.

How do I know you are a reliable company?

We have covered hundreds of weddings and our attendance record is 100%.  Please take a look at our testimonials page of our happy brides.  We can also provide you with references from wedding co-ordinators at a number of hotels, who are happy to recommend us!
